Hospice Care

Providing symptomatic relief and comfort management in the end stage of the disease, arranging hospice space design and companion guidance to help patients and their families prepare emotionally and ritually for the final journey.

Spiritual and Cultural Care

Respecting the patient's beliefs and cultural background, we assist in arranging religious ceremonies, life review or farewell wishes, and provide individualised spiritual care to give meaning and warmth to the end-of-life process.

Aftercare Arrangements and Referrals

Provide administrative support such as body disposal, funeral liaison and medical certification to assist families in handling after-death matters, and make referrals to social welfare, religious or psychological services as necessary for continuity of care.

Psychological and Bereavement Support for Families

A bereavement counselling and emotional support mechanism has been set up to help family members through the loss period through interviews and resource referrals, so that they will not be alone in their separation, and will be understood and accompanied appropriately in their grief.
